Whitewater Rafting Trip Details

Depart from church Friday April 21st at 5:15 promptly

Weather is 57° Friday night, 44° to 70° Saturday and 54° to 35° Sunday with 40-50% chance of rain all weekend.

Bring 10 Scout Essentials and personal gear plus layers, wet weather gear, swim gear, closed toed strap or lace-on shoes, and gear for cold evenings.

NOTE: Shoes that will not come off in water (sandals with straps, water shoes, old sneakers) are REQUIRED for rafting. No Crocs or flips-flops

Camping both nights will be at sites 006 & 007 at Curtis Creek Campground, 3799 State Road 1227, Old Fort, NC 28762

Sunday 4/23 we’ll leave after breakfast, returning about 1-3 p.m.
