Urgent – Slots for Summer Camp – Need Response

Currently, we have 10 Scouts that have registered and paid their deposits for Summer Camp in July. Deposits were due last night at regular Troop meetings in the amount of $105. We have 30 slots on hold as of today, however our first deposit on those slots is due by the end of week. If we do not put a deposit down on those slots, they will be released and become available to other Troops. If you are planning on attending Summer Camp in July with Troop 502, we need to hear from you today and your deposit of $105 needs to be dropped off at church in an enveloped addressed to Melody Lee / Troop 502 no later than Thursday, January 16th. After this deadline, we will reserve only the slots that have paid their deposits. Money is refundable up to May. Once we release these slots, we cannot guarantee anyone else a spot at Summer Camp with the Troop. If you are planning on going, please let us know asap.
