Merit Badge Opportunity
Duke Energy is holding an in-person Nuclear Science merit badge night. This is an individual opportunity and not a troop event. Scouts are responsible for their own registration and transportation.
Merit Badges are easy to earn. All you have to do is

- choose a merit badge you want to earn

- complete and email your blue card to your Scoutmaster at SM@Troop502.com who will sign and approve your card and help you find a counselor if you don’t have one.
NOTE – You may not start or complete a merit badge until approved to begin by a leader. You must work with a counselor approved for training with that merit badge.

This event will be in-person. All scouts are required masks throughout the entire event. This event will be limited to allow for adequate social distancing. Registration for this event is required. Each adult can register up to 5 scouts. Please not register anyone for the nuclear science merit badge who is younger than 12 years of age. ***Pre-work will be required to be completed prior to the event to receive full credit.
