Youth Leadership Training & PLC planning this weekend
BSA requires all Youth Leaders to be “trained to position”; completing Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST) fulfills this requirement.
The following scouts are requested to attend the second/final ILST this Friday, Sept 11th from 6 p.m. -8:30pm (Sessions 1 & 2) and Saturday, Sept 12th from 8am-9:30am (Session 3). Scouts will meet at the church, exact location there to be advised. Uniforms are not needed. Scouts with a leadership position or anticipated leadership position in the upcoming troop year are expected to be in attendance. Failure to complete this mandatory training may affect your leadership role.

Jared, Ben, Braeden, Miles and John have already completed training. You do not have to attend Friday night or Saturday morning.
Following ILST, Troop 502’s new PLC will have our Annual Planning meeting 9:30am to 2pm on Saturday Sept. 12th. Pizza lunch will be provided or you may bring your own lunch.
