Camporee Information

For those attending camporee, we plan to depart at 4:30 p.m., Friday Oct 22nd. Please eat before you arrive as we will not be stopping for a meal and will head straight to camp.

ONE skit and ONE song for campfire.

TWO CLEAN marching songs that you can lead (aka Military Cadences, Jodies or Repeat-o Style camp songs)

Scouts must bring BSA Handbook. Scout 10 Basic Essentials required on all outdoor scout events, especially your compass.

Review Camping Gear checklists in Handbook pg. 268-269. Weather forecast is low 40s-70s, no rain. Plan accordingly. Be prepared.

Comfortable shoes for walking/jogging around camp are encouraged.

Bring if you have them: 

flint and steel, Pocketknife, pumpkin carving tools; Halloween decorations (MUST BE A THEME spooky fun, not bloody nightmarish or gory).

Return is Sunday October 24th around noon.
