Summer Camp *Urgent*
We held a Summer Camp informational meeting last Tuesday night, July the 8th and only 9 of the 23 registered Scouts or families attended. This leads us to believe that the remainder didn’t get the message in time or was out of town and couldn’t attend. The following Scouts are attending Summer camp next week and what you owe as far as medical forms are concerned. Without these forms (Parts A, B, and C) you will not be allowed to attend Summer Camp and there are no refunds at this point in time. Part C requires an actual physical and doctors signature. We will also need a copy of the scouts insurance cards. Please make this a high priority to get completed this week if not already done so. We will be collecting these forms on Saturday, July 19th at 7pm as we load the your scouts gear onto the trailer that evening. If you have any questions, please contact the Scoutmaster asap…We leave for Summer Camp on Sunday, July 20th, this coming Sunday!!
Reminder – We will travel in Full Class “A”‘s to and from camp. We will also wear these to dinner each night next week. No blue jeans allowed!!
