BSA Troop 502 Annual Golf Outing Fundraiser

This year’s troop golf outing fundraiser will be held on Saturday, June 28th with a shot-gun start at 1 pm.  The event will be held at Stonebridge Golf Club in Monroe, N.C.  Cost per player for the event is $75.00 which includes buffet lunch prior to tee-off, 18 holes of golf w/cart, bucket of balls for driving range as well as door prizes and contests.  This is the only fundraiser of the year where all the proceeds go directly to troop funds to help maintain and purchase equipment, supplement activity fees and contribute to the overall support of our successful scout program.

Registration forms will be available at upcoming meetings. Participants 7 and over are welcome – please, for the younger ones, parent or guardian supervision is a must!

We are also taking hole sponsorships as well at a cost of $100 per hole.  Prominent signage will be placed on the hole of your choice.  100% of hole sponsorships go directly to troop funds!  Forms for sponsorships will be available at upcoming meetings as well.

All sponsorships are welcome, whether it be your own business, a business you work for or simply a family sponsorship!  All are appreciated!
